I contacted James after having a long term problem receiving my benefts from the DWP. He quickly sorted out then problem and I even got my benefit back dated.

I often met him when walking my dog near Church Woods. The last time must have been only a few months before he died. He was so friendly and approachable. it was such a shock to hear of illness and passing.
