First met him in I think 2010 when he was out on his own delivering election leaflets , I offered to help him but he said he was happy doing it. Of course he then got elected . When I used to bump in to him over the years he would always ask how I was , even during the last couple of years when he was ill. Who ever gets elected in his place has a very big pair of shoes to fill . I don`t think we will see his like again. Just wish all MP`s could be more like him , especially those on the other side of the house.
