I met James in 2008  when I was a volunteer helping with my daughters school trip to Parliament.I saw him there and went and introduced myself as he knew my wife from when he helped get Hylands Park refurbed.

He shook my hand and said "say hello to you wife" and he offered to show us all around the places that are normally out of bounds, there and then!I said we already had an appointment with the local MP so unfortunately can,t, he said come down anytime and ask for me and I,ll show you around.

He was so kind, and it was the first and only time I had met him,he always thought of others first,I wish there were more people in the world like him, what a Great man, I feel privileged to have met him!
