Over the next 100 days, I will be challenging myself to complete an average of 100 press-ups a day, a total of 10,000 press-ups.
I'm raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. I have a personal connection to this brilliant cause, and have been inspired by their excellent work.
The charity was founded because no one would prioritise lung cancer research -- Roy's legacy was built around research and developing future generations of lung cancer researchers, so more people can live through lung cancer than die of it.
Please donate whatever you can -- I'm very grateful for every penny raised for this excellent cause.
